		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve just started to research my grandfathers participation in WW1. He was Italian fighting for the American Army as a mechanic. 
His name was Antonio Visconti. 
He received a Purple Heart and several other commendations upon honorable discharge. I look forward to learning more about our history.]]></description>

How can I find out my uncle&#039;s military history?  I don&#039;t know much except his medal says, &quot;France&quot; on the ribbon.
